Shahbirul Zaki Ahmad is a renowned and well-touted choreographer in the local dance scene. He was responsible for many big scale local performances and concerts in recent years. He started dancing during his undergraduate days and was one of the pioneer members of the NUS Dance Ensemble. Since then, Zaki has actively choreographed for the ensemble's numerous performances.

1994-97 - choreographer for Studebaker's discotheque

1998 - choreographer for the movie Forever Fever and Boom Boom Room

1999 - choreographed the show for Rotary Convention and the SUNTEC City and Orchard Rd Millenium countdown show

2000 - choreographed for the RCS music award and Fann Wong's premier concert; choreographed MGS's dance productions since 1997 and for Fajar and Ping Yi secondary school
